Ben Sauer, speaker and workshop leader, is a product and design leader with 15+ years of experience in digital products. Previously at Clearleft and Babylon Health, Ben advised organizations like the BBC, Pearson, Tesco, and TCS in how to raise their product game. Ben is the author of Death by Screens: How to Present High-stakes Digital Design Work and Live to Tell the Tale. He's also a seasoned speaker, who's spoken at dozens of design and tech events around the world (UX London, UX Scotland, Reakt Breakpoint, Smart Voice Summit, amongst others). Here’s a great talk about Voice Design Principles by Ben:

Krishan Jagota is an engineer turned designer with a diverse career in creative consulting, design, branding, strategy and community building. He currently leads a multidisciplinary team at Sideways in Mumbai, collaborating with clients like Disney, Pidilite, Marico, and Flipkart. He's also the founder of Fluid, a community for art, conversations, music, poetry, stories, and more. After an encounter with a street magician in China a few years ago, Krishan rediscovered his childhood passion for magic, and has since performed at Pune Design Fest, Quirky Quarter Liverpool & streets of Rotterdam.

Also in the mix is a workshop Personas with a Punch: From Blah to Aha! by Dr T, also known as Taapsi Ramchandani. In this session, you'll learn how to ask the right questions, bridge the gap between what users want and the final product, and extract actionable insights from user interviews - and at the end, you will have a new framework for building personas that are memorable, actionable, shareable, and pack a punch!
