It's both a recap of the year/s as well as forward looking - trends, themes and more

What happens to your responses?

This year is too important not to document. Whereas the impact of the pandemic (not all are necessarily negative) is a big focus - it also builds on the past trends and analysis, were those on the right trajectory? Did the pandemic accelerate or decelerate some of the earlier findings? Changes that await us for 2021 and beyond...
